The minY set of 3 bands from FlexVit for training children and adolescents. Stretchability and size of the bands are adapted to the physical conditions of young athletes. Optimal for young athletes to introduce to competitive sports. Suitable for use in injury prevention, as well as for use by physiotherapists and rehabilitation trainers. Due to the high quality processing of the tapes, rolling up during exercise, as well as painful skin contact is no longer an issue. Due to the fact that there is no skin contact with rubber or latex, the bands are also suitable for allergy sufferers and for use in clinics. The high product quality makes tears rather unlikely. If tears do occur, they will not affect the product quality during training.
The tapes should be allowed to air out briefly after training. In addition, the product is washable at up to 60°C.

What do I need the product for?
The FlexVit minY are specially designed for resistance training with young people. They allow for appropriate loading of the child and adolescent's musculoskeletal system. The bands are designed for bone and joint sparing training for young athletes, and helps as a foundation for entry into later higher load in the respective sports in adulthood. Areas of application include introduction to resistance training, postural training, rehabilitation and athletic training for children and adolescents. Training emphasis can be placed on activation, strengthening and stretching, stability of the trunk, hips, knees and ankles, as well as strengthening the small neck muscles and external rotators.
