Margaret (Maggie) Sommer left Cologne to study Nutritional Science in Hamburg, Germany. Still thirsty for knowledge after her bachelor’s degree, she returned to Germany’s Ruhr region, where she completed her master’s in Nutritional Medicine at FH Münster University of Applied Sciences. As a working student, she has since 2015 helped to develop cerascreen’s Health Portal and enriched the blog articles with her nutritional expertise.
