The shipping fee will be added to your bill automatically during the checkout process and appear after you have typed in your shipping address.

We usually deliver with Royal Mail.
Once we have registered your payment and shipped the goods, you will receive an email with the shipment number, with which you can track the delivery

If you purchase one of our health test kits (sample taking and send-in test kits) you will receive a 24hs Royal Mail return envelope. Your sample will be sent to our sample collection point in the UK and then forwarded to our lab in Schwerin, Germany. It is important that your sample is sent with the provided envelope. The costs of the return shipping will be covered by us!
Via the cerascreen® app or using your login details on https://my.cerascreen.co.uk/ you can find out when your sample has arrived at the laboratory.
As soon as the analysis is complete, you will be informed by e-mail and receive your individual results report.
